Our Web-based Bid Assurance database takes the folks in the field through the entire bid process, asking them to submit their documents and their bid plan. All of the information related to the bid is gathered online and can be easily accessed by the manager for approval. All of the details are tracked on the Web, so later bidders can leverage that bid information in subsequent negotiations. It's a tool that just keeps on giving.
