Dave Ewert is a co-founder and managing partner of Ewert Communications. He oversees the company's operations and leads its technical group.

Dave has established a track record of producing innovative Web-based database applications for more than 50 groups within Cisco. These Web-based applications automate many processes that were previously performed manually, increasing productivity, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Examples of Web-based applications that Dave has developed for Cisco Systems include an ROI calculator that customers can use to estimate their savings and payback; an automated newsletter content collection and publishing system; an automated bid review and authorization system. Other examples are a product development roadmap that tracks and reports new enhancement releases, and an interactive event registration and reporting tool.

Married, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons exploring the outdoors when he is not pursuing the latest Web programming technology.
